一、前言钨—铜型两相结构的复合材料作为电接点材料已有较长的历史和广泛的应用。它们具有钨的高温强度、抗磨损、抗电弧烧蚀和铜的高导电导热等良好的综合性能。它们的制取工艺、机械和电的性质已有不少的研究报导。制取这类材料只能采用粉末冶金的技术,主要有二种方法:(1)粉末混合物的压制、烧结和随后的冷的或热的加工;(2)难熔组份的钨压制、烧结形成海绵状结构,随后用铜浸渗。
First, the foreword Tungsten - copper two-phase structure of the composite material as the electrical contact material has a long history and a wide range of applications. They have a good combination of high temperature strength of tungsten, abrasion resistance, anti-arc ablation and highly conductive and thermally conductive copper. Their preparation process, mechanical and electrical properties have been a lot of research reports. There are mainly two methods for making such materials using powder metallurgy: (1) pressing, sintering and subsequent cold or hot working of powder mixtures; (2) tungsten pressing and sintering of refractory components A sponge-like structure is formed, which is subsequently infiltrated with copper.
