某跨国连锁经营餐饮企业为了加快其在中国市场的扩张速度,与地产商建立了地产开发战略联盟伙伴关系,地产商建立商业中心,其间都将开设餐厅。国内某地产集团作为国内较具实力的综合性大型商业地产之一,自然也不会被忽视。本案例就是基于双方建立的这种地产开发战略联盟伙伴关系而产生的。一、业务背景(一)协议双方某地产集团(简称“甲方”)与某跨国连锁餐饮企业(简称“乙方”)签订了《联合发展合作协议书》,协议有效期自A日至B日。
