<正> 尿素四台高压设备是大型化肥厂中尿素装置价格最贵、维修最困难、操作最关键的设备。造成停车的设备事故有多种,而以腐蚀泄漏造成的停车时间最长,生产损失最大。随着我国大型尿素引进装置进入老龄化阶段,高压设备的腐蚀问题已经显得更加突出,有些设备甚至面临全面修补及更新的局面。中国石化总公司和化工部在1986年10月曾组织过大型尿素装置生产状态调查,重点了解1985～1986年大型尿素的生产及其它各方面的情况,但至今已经1a了。现在的状况如何呢?笔者在近两年曾参加了近20家厂次的尿素四台高压设备腐蚀
