In order to deal with the electrical signal, this paper studies an optical path integrated broadband real-time spectrum analyzer. It includes the Luneburg Beam Expansion Lens System, Surface-Filled Bragg Space Modulator, Reflector, Luneburg Fourier Transform Lens, and Waveguide-Coupled Photodetector Array. They are all made on silicon-based heat-grown silica. The optical Fourier transform carrier also includes a distributed-coupled (GaAl) As laser with hybrid coupling. The paper describes the development of this integrated optical spectrometer and its basic design considerations.
