地铁司机管理一直是乘务运作安全管理中的重点,过去很多文章从情绪疏导、安全教育等多个角度探讨了地铁司机的安全管理办法。本文将重点针对地铁司机的不安全因素进行分析,结合性格色彩学理论将司机按照性格色彩分类进行精细化管理,分别在司机招聘选拔及日常班组管理中提出针对性的建议。
Subway driver management has always been the focus of crew operation safety management. In the past, many articles discussed the safety management measures of subway drivers from many aspects such as emotional grooming and safety education. This article will focus on the analysis of unsafe factors of subway drivers, and combining with personality color theory, the drivers will be finely managed according to the character color classification. Targeted suggestions will be put forward in the selection and daily management of drivers.
