介绍国内二代半百万千瓦级压水堆(M310)核岛穹顶整体吊装新工艺,采用优化的穹顶整体模块化吊装工艺,有效解决了分体吊装中两个分体组对接口调整难、高空焊接工作量大、耗工费时和影响工期的问题,节省了施工时间,加快了工程进度。
This paper introduces the new technology of lifting the nuclear island dome of the second generation semi-multi-million-kilowatt pressurized water reactor (M310) in China. The optimized dome-shaped modular lifting technology is adopted to effectively solve the problems that the two split groups in the split- Welding overhead workload, time-consuming and affect the duration of the problem, saving construction time and speed up the progress of the project.
