针对打包机液压主管19Mn5钢裂纹修复问题,提出采用小直径焊条小线能量、控制层间温度、运用分中对称焊法和焊后热处理进行焊补修复,取得了理想的效果。 Aiming at the problem of crack repairing of 19Mn5 steel, which is the hydraulic head of packer, a small-diameter electrode with small line energy is put forward to control the interlayer temperature. The symmetrical welding method and the post-weld heat treatment are used to make welding repairs.
