在pH 7.4的tris-HCl溶液中,Gd(Ⅲ)与铬蓝黑R(EBBR)生成1∶3的配合物,配合物与鲱鱼精DNA形成5∶1的复合物Gd(Ⅲ)(EBBR)3-DNA.通过双倒数法和热力学公式计算得到复合物Gd(Ⅲ)(EBBR)3-DNA在不同温度下的结合常数和其他的热力学常数.结合探针法、碱基模拟、Scatchard法和黏度法表明Gd(Ⅲ)(EBBR)3与DNA是通过嵌插作用和沟槽作用形成复合物Gd(Ⅲ)(EBBR)3-DNA.配合物Gd(Ⅲ)(EBBR)3与鲱鱼精DNA形成复合物的过程是由焓和熵共同驱动.
In the tris-HCl solution at pH 7.4, Gd (III) complexed with chromium blue black R (EBBR) to form a 1: 3 complex. The complex formed a 5: 1 complex with herring sperm DNA. 3-DNA.
