中国纺织服装专业市场联盟组织编写的《中国纺织服装专业市场建设与管理规范》(以下简称《规范》)在2007年通过了专家组的论证,并得到了积极的评价。2008年是《规范》的推进和落实年,为方便市场管理者了解规范的内容和要点,《纺织服装周刊》从今年三月份起,连续十三期对《规范》进行了系列报道、推介,分别就专业市场建设的规划规范、建筑设计规范、物业服务规范、服务功能规范、市场交易管理规范等方面内容进行了解读和介绍,得到了广大读者的积极评价和反馈,有很多读者打电话或是发邮件询问相关情况并表达购买《规范》的意愿,《纺织服装周刊》都给予了热情地接待和帮助。一个好的《规范》不仅要有好的理论基础,更需要实践做支撑,作为《规范》推进的试点单位,江苏常熟天虹服装城和湖南株洲九天国际广场在2007~2008年一直积极贯彻《规范》,并取得了阶段性的成功。本期我们请中国纺织服装专业市场联盟领导、市场代表就《规范》的推行工作和《规范》的实践情况各抒己见。
