目的利用高效液相色谱建立温郁金挥发油的指纹图谱。方法采用Shimadzu VP-ODS C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,体积流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长210 nm。结果以=牛儿酮对照,通过对19批浙江不同产地温郁金样品测定,标定了14个共有峰,并通过“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件”和聚类分析等辅助手段,计算相似度等有关参数。结论该方法准确可靠,重现性好,为更好的控制温郁金内在质量提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint of Volatile Oil from Volatile Oil by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Methods A Shimadzu VP-ODS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used to elute gradient of acetonitrile-0.1 phosphoric acid. The volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The results showed that the total of 14 common peaks in 19 batches of warm tulip samples from Zhejiang Province were calibrated with the aid of the method of similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprints of Chinese traditional medicines and clustering analysis Similarity and other related parameters. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, and provides a scientific basis for better control of intrinsic quality of warm tulip.
