机器人研究及开发,是国家863计划的主题项目之一。机器人技术涉及学科多,应用范围广,其期刊文献是相对分散状态。因此,科学地确定机器人研究的核心期刊范围,优化期刊馆藏结构,获得并提供高密度、高质量的文献情报源,具有积极的现实意义。目前,测定专业核心期刊的常用方法有布氏定律法、累积80%法、二次文献法、引证分析法、流通借阅法、综合测定法。前五种力法有的强调以期刊相关载文量为测定指标,有的则强调以相关文献的利用率为主要依据,因而各有利弊。而综合测定法,则是一种将各类方法互为补充予以综合考虑的核心期刊评价方法。为使国内机器人核心期刊的测定更具准确性和有效性,我们认为采用综合测定法较为适宜。采用此法的基本思路和作法是,以
Robotics research and development is one of the thematic projects of the National 863 Program. Robot technology involves many disciplines, a wide range of applications, the journal literature is relatively decentralized. Therefore, scientifically determining the scope of the core journals of robotics research, optimizing the structure of periodical collections and obtaining and providing high-density and high-quality source of documentary information have positive and practical significance. At present, the determination of professional core journals are commonly used methods of Brinell Law, the cumulative 80% method, the second document method, citation analysis method, circulation loan method, comprehensive determination. Some of the first five methods emphasize on the relative quantity of periodicals as the measurement index, while others emphasize the utilization of relevant documents as the main basis, thus having advantages and disadvantages. The comprehensive determination of the law, it is a kind of method will complement each other to be considered comprehensive evaluation of the core journals. In order to make the determination of domestic robot core journals more accurate and effective, we think that it is more appropriate to adopt comprehensive assay.
