本试验检测了国内外19个葡萄砧木和栽培品种根系抗寒性的临界致死温度指标,发现在抗寒性上存在较大的差异。试验表明采用电导法与根段培养相结合的方法,在测定葡萄根系抗寒性上较为实用可靠,而 TTC还原法结果不稳定,缺乏规律性。 对葡萄根系结构的扫描电镜观察初步看出,根系结构特点与抗寒性有一定的相关性。抗寒品种与不抗寒品种在皮层与射线细胞大小、组织紧密度、皮层在根系结构中占的比例以及导管大小和密度上存在一定的差异。
In this experiment, the critical lethal temperature index of root cold resistance of 19 grapevine rootstocks and cultivars at home and abroad was tested and found that there was a big difference in the cold resistance. Experiments show that the method of combining conductivity and root segment culture is more practical and reliable in measuring the root cold resistance of grape while the result of TTC reduction method is unstable and lacks regularity. According to the scanning electron microscope observation of the root structure of grape, we can see that there is a certain correlation between root structure and cold resistance. Cold-resistant varieties and non-resistant varieties have some differences in cortical and radiographic cell size, tissue tightness, the proportion of cortex in the root structure, and catheter size and density.
