将辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)分别注入家兔脊髓一侧的颈、胸和腰等不同节段,逆行追踪顶盖脊髓束在脊髓的下行投射节段。研究结果表明,上丘的HRP标记神经元恒定地见于上颈段(C_(2~3))注入例动物,而未见于颈膨大和胸腰段注入例动物。标记神经元仅分布于注入侧对侧上丘尾外侧部的中灰质层和深灰质层,并以深灰质层数量居多。结果提示,家兔顶盖脊髓束越边投射到上颈段脊髓。
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were injected into the spinal cord of rabbits on one side of the neck, chest and waist, and other different segments, retrograde tracing of the top of the spinal cord in the downward projection of the spinal cord segments. The results showed that the HRP-labeled neurons in the superior colliculus were consistently found in the upper cervical (C_ (2-3)) injected animals, but not in the cases of neck enlargement and thoracolumbar injection. The labeled neurons are distributed only in the mid-gray layer and the dark-gray layer in the lateral side of the contralateral apocrine caudal vein, with the majority of dark-gray layers. The results suggest that the rabbit cap spinal cord bundle projected onto the upper cervical spinal cord.
