红外线轴温探测系统利用轨边红外探头,对通过铁道车辆的每个轴承温度进行实时测量,及时发现热轴故障车辆,防止热切轴事故发生,保障行车安全。但因探测系统采用非接触式探测,在采集信号时,不但采集到轴温信号也采集到干扰信号。通过对阳光干扰情况的分析,以波形特征为切入点,总结阳光干扰波形的特点,降低热轴误报,提高热轴兑现率。
Infrared axis temperature detection system uses rail-edge infrared probe, real-time measurement of the temperature of each bearing through the rail vehicle, timely detection of hot axle fault vehicles, prevent hot axis accidents, to ensure traffic safety. However, because the detection system uses non-contact detection, when collecting signals, not only the collected shaft temperature signals but also interference signals are collected. Through the analysis of the sunshine interference, taking the waveform feature as the starting point, summing up the characteristics of the sunshine interference waveform, reducing the false alarm of the hot axis and increasing the yield rate of the hot axis.
