飞机产品的设计过程中要大量使用标准件。借助CATIA二次开发及多条件模糊查询技术,主要从装配基体特征信息提取和装配基体特征与标准件分件号的匹配两个方面对标准件批量虚拟装配技术进行阐述,通过深入研究标准件装配设计过程,开发了一个有效、可靠的标准件批量虚拟装配辅助系统。以螺栓的批量虚拟装配为实例,实现了标准件的自动装配以及同一零件号标准件的批量装配,极大地提高了标准件装配设计的效率。
Aircraft products in the design process to make extensive use of standard parts. With CATIA secondary development and multi-condition fuzzy inquiring technology, the author mainly elaborates the batch virtual assembly technology of standard parts from two aspects: the feature extraction and assembly of the assembly base and the match of the base parts and the part numbers of the standard parts. Design process, developed an effective, reliable standard parts batch virtual assembly support system. Taking the batch virtual assembly of bolts as an example, the automatic assembly of the standard parts and the batch assembly of the same part number standard parts are realized, which greatly improves the efficiency of the standard part assembly design.
