目的:了解湟中县学生和农牧民包虫病相关知识和行为现状,为制定合理的健康教育和综合防控措施提供依据。方法:按单纯随机抽样方法抽取湟中县13个乡17个村的农牧民,对儿童感染和患病情况调查时选定的每个学校选择4年级及以上的所有学生,以问卷调查的形式进行包虫病防治知识和行为知晓情况调查。结果:本次共调查学生662名,农牧民3 668名,均以汉族居多,农牧民中小学文化程度的占51.4%。对于人是怎么样得包虫病的知识知晓率学生为47.94%,农牧民为45.69%,学生和农牧民的包虫病知识知晓率无显著区别。对包虫病传播链知识认识不足,学生和农牧民高危行为存在率分别为35%和69%以上。尤其是超过67%的家庭把未经处理的动物内脏喂狗,而且玩狗的现象也十分普遍。结论:学生和农牧民包虫病知识匮乏,高危行为普遍存在,健康教育作为包虫病经济有效的综合防控措施之一应亟待加强,应突出它的地位。
Objective: To understand the relevant knowledge and behavior of hydatid disease among students and farmers and herdsmen in Langzhong County, and provide the basis for establishing reasonable health education and comprehensive prevention and control measures. Methods: Farmers and herdsmen from 17 villages in 13 townships of Langzhong County were selected according to a simple random sampling method. All students in Grade 4 and above selected for each school selected for the investigation of children’s infection and illness were surveyed by questionnaire Form of echinococcosis prevention and control of knowledge and behavior of the investigation. Results: A total of 662 students and 3 668 peasants and herdsmen were surveyed. Most of them were Han nationality, 51.4% of them had primary and secondary school education. There are no significant differences between the students and peasants and herdsmen about the awareness rate of hydatid disease for 47.8% of the students and 45.69% of the peasants and herdsmen. Knowledge of the transmission chain of hydatid disease is not enough, and the prevalence rates of high-risk behaviors among students and peasants and herdsmen are 35% and 69% respectively. In particular, more than 67% of families fed the internal organs of untreated animals to dogs, and the phenomenon of playing dogs is also very common. Conclusion: There is a lack of knowledge about hydatid disease among students and herdsmen and peasants and herdsmen, and high-risk behaviors are common. Health education, as one of the effective and comprehensive prevention and control measures for hydatid disease, should be strengthened urgently. Its status should be highlighted.
