磁薄膜圆柱形存贮元件(也称 Toristor)是一种快速、输出电压高的新型存贮元件,其原理图如图1所示。与磁杆相仿,该元件外面也绕一线圈(正交磁场线),以产生横向访问磁场。但通过 Toristor 的中心还有两条轴向导线:写入线及读出线。通过正交磁场线的读数电流进行访问。输出信号是双极性的,代表“1”与“0”的脉冲极性相反,而不是有无脉冲。该元件可以进行真正的不破坏读出,可以随时访问;
Magnetic thin-film cylindrical storage element (also known as Toristor) is a fast, high output voltage of the new storage element, the schematic diagram shown in Figure 1. Similar to a magnetic rod, the element is also wound around a coil (orthogonal magnetic field lines) to create a lateral access magnetic field. But there are two axial leads through Toristor’s center: write and read lines. Access through the reading current of the orthogonal magnetic field lines.
