目的调查门诊老年拔牙患者牙科焦虑症(DA)的情况。方法采用改良的牙科焦虑量表(MDAS)对152例门诊老年拔牙患者的DA发生情况进行问卷调查和统计分析。结果门诊老年拔牙患者DAS平均得分值为9.69±2.95;DA发生率为17.76%;麻醉前焦虑水平最高;性别、认知程度、既往拔牙经历对牙科焦虑症的发生差异有统计学意义。结论门诊老年拔牙患者牙科焦虑症发生率为17.76%,不同性别、认知程度、既往拔牙经历对牙科焦虑症的发生有影响。
Objective To investigate the situation of dental anxiety disorder (DA) in outpatients with elderly tooth extraction. Methods A modified Dental Anxiety Scale (MDAS) was used to survey and statistically analyze the occurrence of DA in 152 elderly patients with dental extraction. Results The average score of DAS in outpatients was 9.69 ± 2.95; the incidence of DA was 17.76%; the level of anxiety before anesthesia was the highest; gender, cognition and previous experience of tooth extraction had statistically significant differences in the incidence of dental anxiety. Conclusion The prevalence of dental anxiety in outpatients with elderly tooth extraction was 17.76%. Different gender, cognition and past experience of tooth extraction had an impact on the incidence of dental anxiety.
