对象 :30例肾病综合征 (NS)为我院住院和门诊就诊的患儿 ,就诊时间为 2 0 0 1年 11月至 2 0 0 3年 3月 ,年龄 2～ 12岁 ,平均 4 5 7岁 ;其中男 2 4例 ,女 6例 ;初发 14例 ,复发 16例。NS诊断符合中华儿科杂志《肾小球疾病的临床分类诊断及治疗》标准。肾穿刺活检 5例均有系膜
PARTICIPANTS: Thirty cases of nephrotic syndrome (NS) were hospitalized and outpatient clinics in our hospital from November 2001 to March 2003 with an average age of 4 to 7 years Years old; including 24 males and 6 females; initial onset in 14 cases, recurrence in 16 cases. NS diagnosis in line with the China Pediatrics magazine “classification of glomerular disease diagnosis and treatment of” standard. Kidney biopsy in 5 cases were mesangial
