本文以齐鲁石化公司为例,提出依托社区离退休党员骨干,组织社区志愿者队伍,积极开展社区志愿者活动,使之健康、常态化发展,以此构建和谐稳定的企业社区。主要从四个方面加强志愿者队伍建设:一是弘扬先进理念,强化志愿者思想建设;二是规范组织运作,壮大志愿者队伍建设;三是贴近社区实际,推动志愿活动常态化建设;四是突出特色,强化志愿者活动品牌建设。 Taking Qilu Petrochemical Company as an example, this paper proposes to build a harmonious and stable business community by relying on the backbone of retired party members in the community, organizing community volunteer teams and actively carrying out community volunteer activities to make them healthy and normalized. The construction of volunteer teams should be strengthened mainly from four aspects. First, to carry forward the advanced concepts and strengthen volunteer ideological construction; second, to standardize the operation of the organization and to build the ranks of volunteers; thirdly, to push forward the normalization of voluntary activities in close proximity to the community; Prominent features, strengthen volunteer activities brand building.
