使用盲孔法测量高残余应力时会引入塑性变形的影响。对塑性变形的影响进行修正的根本方法是对应变释放系数的修正。文中对有高残余应力的部件使用盲孔法测量残余应力,并用基于应变释放系数的新方法———插值方法进行修正。通过与A、B系数高残余应力状态修正对比发现:插值法对高残余应力的测量修正效果良好,相对误差较低,对实际测量有理论指导作用。
The use of blind-hole method to measure the high residual stress will introduce plastic deformation. The fundamental method to correct the influence of plastic deformation is to correct the strain release coefficient. In this paper, blind hole method is used to measure the residual stress in the parts with high residual stress and the correction is made by a new method based on the strain release coefficient --- interpolation method. By comparing with the corrections of A and B coefficient high residual stress, it is found that the interpolation method has a good correction effect on the measurement of high residual stress and the relative error is low, which has theoretical guidance for the actual measurement.
