依据煤矿企业提升机状态监测现状和需求,研究开发了网络化矿井提升机状态监测与故障报警系统。对提升机的主要故障特征、表现形式和获取方式进行了研究和分析,构建了基于C/S和B/S混合模式下的网络化监测系统硬件平台,设计开发了本地机监测程序和服务器应用程序。本系统的开发对提高提升机的安全性,保证煤矿安全高效生产具有重要的现实意义。
According to the status quo and demand of hoisting machinery condition monitoring in coal mine enterprises, the research and development of network mine hoist condition monitoring and fault alarm system. The main fault characteristics, manifestations and acquisition methods of the hoist are researched and analyzed. The hardware platform of the networked monitoring system based on the C / S and B / S hybrid mode is constructed, and the local machine monitoring program and server application are designed and developed program. The development of the system is of great practical significance to improve the safety of elevator and ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
