应用Biolog技术研究了施用4种微生物菌剂对参后地土壤微生物群落代谢能力的影响。结果表明:哈茨木霉菌剂和益生元菌剂处理的微生物群落碳源利用率、Shannon指数、丰富度指数高于其他组和对照组;主成分分析结果表明:不同处理土壤微生物群落在碳源的利用上存在较大的差异,起分异作用的主要是氨基酸类和糖类碳源。益生元菌剂、哈茨木霉菌剂使土壤微生物对碳源的利用模式发生明显变化,益生元菌剂400 g/m2和哈茨木霉菌剂5 g/m2、8 g/m2对参后地土壤微生物具有较强的改良作用。
