考虑到液体的可压缩性,采用传统的快速充液回路的液压机存在着两个缺点:①主缸充液时的低压(或无压)液体在压制时将被压缩,消耗了巨大的能量;②为使此部分液体的压力提高到额定值,泵必须向主缸额外地供给一部分液体,使液压机的行程次数下降。文中提出了用带有主缸行程位移补偿器的结构即可很好地解决上述两大矛盾。并详细地介绍了这种结构的原理及优缺点。
Taking into account the liquid compressibility, the use of the traditional quick charge circuit hydraulic machine there are two shortcomings: ① When the master cylinder filling liquid pressure (or no pressure) will be compressed when compressed, consuming huge energy; ② In order to increase the pressure of this part of the liquid to the rated value, the pump must additionally supply a part of the liquid to the master cylinder to decrease the stroke of the hydraulic machine. In the paper, it is proposed to solve the above two contradictions well by using the structure with displacement compensator of master cylinder. The principle, advantages and disadvantages of this kind of structure are introduced in detail.
