蔬菜中残留农药对小鼠肝、脑中碱性磷酸酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶及丁酰胆碱酯酶活性的影响

以国标中规定的有机磷农药最高残留限量作为低剂量组,以文献报道的蔬菜中敌敌畏和氧化乐果检出含量结合本实验的检出结果,取平均值,作为中剂量组,以中剂量组的2倍剂量作为高剂量组,按体重换算到小鼠,确定低、中、高剂量组的小鼠每日灌胃量,给小白鼠灌胃28d后脱颈椎处死,取肝、脑组织制备匀浆,测其中AKP(碱性磷酸酶)、AChE(乙酰胆碱酯酶)和BuChE(丁酰胆碱酯酶)活性.探讨蔬菜中残留的有机磷农药对小鼠肝、脑中AKP、AChE、BuChE的影响.结果发现,实验组小鼠肝组织中AKP的含量随着染毒剂量的升高而有所升高,与对照组比较各组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);敌敌畏高剂量组及氧化乐果高剂量组小鼠肝组织中的BuChE活力下降,与对照组比较各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);敌敌畏高剂量组小鼠脑组织中的AChE与对照组比较活力下降,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).摄入高残留农药可能会对小鼠AChE、BuChE活性造成一定的影响.
