李某是某校高一的一名女生,因环境改变、认知偏差导致情绪低落、成绩下降、适应不良。咨询师采用合理情绪疗法,循序渐进,帮助来访者改变认知及行为模式,使来访者自信心有所增强,对高中适应能力也提高,人际关系得到一定改善,学习成绩显著提高,人格健康发展。
Lee is a school of a girl, due to environmental change, cognitive bias lead to depression, the decline in performance, maladjustment. The counselors used reasonable emotional therapy to improve their cognitive and behavioral patterns in a step-by-step manner so as to enhance the self-confidence of their visitors, improve their adaptability in high school, improve their interpersonal skills, improve their academic performance and develop healthy personality.
