作者在神经系统血吸虫病的免疫诊断中,研究了该病与神经系统囊虫病之间存在的交叉反应。本研究报告血吸虫病抗体可干扰神经系统囊虫病的免疫诊断。脑脊液标本采自三种病人:(1)可疑囊虫病人138例(脑脊液囊虫抗体阳性64例,抗体阴性74例);(2)各种原因引起的脊髓病133例;(3)神经系统病人91例。用猪囊尾蚴抗原和血吸虫虫卵可溶性抗原(SEA)作ELISA。362份脑脊液标本中74%两种抗体均阴性,SEA抗体阳性28例,占7.7%,囊虫抗体阳性72例,占19.9%,8例两种抗体均阳性,占2.2%。据224例神经系统病
In the immunological diagnosis of nervous system schistosomiasis, the authors studied the presence of cross-reactions between the disease and neurocysticercosis. This study reports that schistosomiasis antibodies can interfere with the immunological diagnosis of neurocysticercosis. CSF samples were collected from three patients: (1) 138 cases of suspected cysticercosis (CSF positive 64 cases, antibody negative 74 cases); (2) a variety of causes of myelopathy in 133 cases; (3) nerve System patients in 91 cases. Cysticercus cellulosae antigen and Schistosoma japonicum egg-soluble antigen (SEA) were used as ELISA. Of the 362 cerebrospinal fluid samples, 74% of the two antibodies were negative, SEA antibody was positive in 28 cases, accounting for 7.7%, cysticercosis antibody positive in 72 cases, accounting for 19.9%, 8 cases of two antibodies were positive, accounting for 2.2%.
