在研究双控线滚子行星减速器的传动原理及其结构型式的基础上开发了双摆线滚子行星减速器CAD系统。研究减速器主要参数的优化设计方法,根据优化结果在AutoCAD中自动绘出减速器主要部件的零件图,用计算机建立减速器的实体模型并模拟其啮合运动。
Based on the study of transmission principle and structure type of double controlled linear roller planetary reducer, a double cycloid planetary reducer CAD system was developed. Research on the optimal design method of the main parameters of the reducer. According to the optimization results, the parts of the main parts of the reducer are automatically drawn in AutoCAD. The solid model of the reducer is established by the computer and the meshing motion is simulated.
