中国科技大学风雨操场屋盖采用斜放四角锥钢管球节点网架(图1),网架平面尺寸为40×60m,覆盖面积2400m~2,上弦网格3.535×3.535m,下弦网格5×5m,网架高度3m,网架结构上下弦平行起坡,形成两坡屋面,坡度4%,网架杆件为20号钢热轧无缝钢管,焊接空心球节点。网架周边支承于劲性钢筋混凝土柱上,柱顶标高14.05m,柱距5m,采用平板支座,支座下垫不透性石墨板,网架重50t,耗钢量为20.77kg/m~2。
The storm playground cover of the University of Science and Technology of China uses a diagonally-arranged square pyramid steel pipe node grid (Figure 1). The grid plane dimensions are 40×60m, the coverage area is 2400m-2, the upper grid is 3.535×3.535m, and the lower grid grid is 5× 5m, the height of the grid is 3m. The grid structure is up and down the string from the top and bottom. It forms a slope with a slope of 4%. The grid bar is made of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe No. 20 and welded hollow ball joints. The perimeter of the grid is supported on the reinforced concrete column. The height of the column top is 14.05m and the distance between the columns is 5m. The flat plate supports, the underlaying impermeable graphite plate, the grid weight 50t, the steel consumption is 20.77kg/m ~2.
