目的 探讨参麦注射液 (SI)对烫伤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞TNF αmRNA表达的影响。方法 致BALB/C小鼠占体表面积 11%的Ⅲ度烫伤 ,每日腹腔注射SI,连续 5天。半定量RT PCR测定腹腔巨噬细胞TNF αmRNA表达。结果 烫伤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞TNF αmRNA表达显著增高 ,而SI可使之显著降低 (P <0 0 1)并明显提高烫伤小鼠的存活率 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 烫伤小鼠早期死亡原因可能与腹腔巨噬细胞TNF αmRNA高表达有关。SI可降低烫伤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞TNF αmRNA的高表达 ,提高烫伤小鼠存活率。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection (SI) on the expression of TNF α mRNA in scalded mouse peritoneal macrophages. METHODS: BALB/C mice were exposed to 11% of the body surface area of the III degree scald and injected intraperitoneally with SI for 5 consecutive days. Semi-quantitative RT PCR was used to determine TNF α mRNA expression in peritoneal macrophages. Results The expression of TNF α mRNA in burned mice peritoneal macrophages was significantly increased, but SI significantly reduced (P <0 01) and significantly improved the survival rate of burned mice (P <0 05). Conclusion The cause of early death in scalded mice may be related to the high expression of TNF α mRNA in peritoneal macrophages. SI can reduce the high expression of TNF α mRNA in burned mouse peritoneal macrophages and increase the survival rate of burned mice.
