丰宁县是河北省的林业大县,此次列入集体林权制度改革面积达35.3万公顷。通过几年来各级党政领导对林改工作高度重视,林业主管部门精心组织、规范操作,广大干部群众积极参与,目前改革已取得一定成绩,但暴露出一些亟待解决的问题。 Fengning County is a major forestry county in Hebei Province. The reform included the reform of collective forest rights system amounting to 353,000 hectares.
