应用颈内动脉推注脉络宁药液治疗脑血栓形成７５０例（治疗组），与静脉滴注法治疗４７２例（对照组）进行疗效对比。结果：治愈率两组分别为４３．５％和２９．２％，经统计学处理差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）；临床观察就诊时间与疗效关系密切，发病后３个月以内治愈率高。提示：经颈内动脉推注脉络宁治疗脑血栓形成较静脉滴注法疗效显著；病后应及早采用颈内动脉推注法治疗。
750 cases of cerebral thrombosis (treatment group) were treated with intra-arterial injection of Mailuoning solution, and 472 cases (control group) were treated with intravenous drip therapy. Results: The cure rate was 43.5% and 29.2% in the two groups respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The clinical observation time was closely related to the curative effect and was cured within 3 months after onset High rate. Tip: Intravenous artery injection of Mailuoning Cerebral thrombosis than the intravenous infusion of significant effect; illness should be treated by early internal carotid artery bolus.
