1994年10月,西门子中国有限公司正式成立,西门子已经在中国建立了58家合资、独资企业,它们几乎囊括了西门子公司的所有业务领域,并将重点放在能源、工业与自动化、信息与通讯、交通、医疗设备、元器件和照明等7个核心领域。正如西门子(中国)有限公司总裁贝殷思先生所预见的那样,“当今商界,没有人能忽视中国,中国将成为所有推行全球化发展策略公司的一个关键市场” 作为中国改革开放历史时期成功的业务伙伴,西门子公司秉承其“博大精深”的理念,采取与中国政府签订全方位合作备忘录的途径,一直将强化这种伙伴关系作为长远发展目标。一座向本地员工及客户提供培训的基地——中国西门子管理学院,或许可以从一个方面解释这种“全球出发,本地入手”发展策略的特殊意义。 中国西门子管理学院院长舒墨先生是一位商务管理经验长达30年的职业经理人。公司冀望通过舒墨先生,将西门子的理念、系统、风格和经验传授给中国员工,并以此实现其优势共享的初衷本意。9月22日,在北京西门子(中国)有限公司,本刊记者采访了舒墨先生。
In October 1994, Siemens China Ltd. was formally established.
