目的:建立复方石韦胶囊质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法鉴别苦参、黄芪,用高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱的含量。结果:薄层色谱中检出苦参、黄芪,苦参碱在0.141～1.410μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.13%～99.18%,RSD为0.788%～0.946%。结论:建立的方法简便可行,重现性好。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of compound Shiwei capsule. Methods: TLC was used to identify Sophora flavescens and astragalus membranaceus, and the content of matrine was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: There was a good linear relationship between S. aureus, matrine and matrine in the range of 0.141-1.410 μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.13% -99.18% and the RSD was 0.788% -0.946%. Conclusion: The established method is simple and feasible with good reproducibility.
