根据相似性原理,把团队当作社会大背景中的一个系统,利用热力学中对系统分析的思想和理论,对团队绩效或团队能力进行了广义的分析。建立了团队绩效的分析生态学模型,指出了获取团队最大绩效的方向。
According to the principle of similarity, the team is regarded as a system in the social background. Based on the thought and theory of system analysis in thermodynamics, the team performance or team ability is analyzed in a broad sense. Established a analytical ecology model of team performance and pointed out the direction of obtaining maximum performance of the team.
