The Zn: LiNbO3 crystals were grown by adding 3 mol%, 5 mol% and 7 mol% ZnO into LiNbO3.The absorption spectra of Zn: LiNbO3 crystal were measured to investigate the absorption band edge of Zn: LiNbO3 crystal The mechanism of Zn-LiNbO3 crystal was studied and the mechanism of Zn (7mol%): OH- absorption peak of LiNbO3 crystal was shifted from 3 484cm-1 to 3 53 0cm-1.The Zn:L iNbO3 crystal frequency doubling conversion efficiency and phase matching temperature to study the Zn:LiNbO3 crystal frequency doubling conversion efficiency enhancement mechanism
