利用异种动物肝组织提取物作成免疫佐剂成功地制备了免疫性肝损伤小鼠模型 ,表现为血清ALT与LDH活性升高 ,CIC增加 ,肝组织出现炎性细胞浸润 ,肝细胞浊肿坏死 ,肝细胞超微结构明显异常。肝复乐能使免疫性肝损伤小鼠模型血清ALT与LDH活性恢复至正常动物水平 ,CIC明显下降 ,肝组织病理变化与肝细胞超微结构的变化明显减轻 ,说明肝复乐对免疫性肝损伤具有明显保护作用。
