研究了低温磷化过程中 ,促进剂对磷化过程的影响 ,通过对促进剂的优选 ,提出了低温快速磷化液的合理配方 ,得到的磷化膜通过硫酸铜点滴实验和盐水浸泡实验测试 ,其耐蚀性符合标准。同时对磷化过程中的电位变化进行了初步研究。
The influence of the accelerant on the phosphating process was studied in the process of low temperature phosphating. The reasonable formulation of the phosphating solution at low temperature was proposed by optimizing the promoter. The obtained phosphating film was tested by the copper sulfate drip test and the saline immersion test , Its corrosion resistance in line with standards. At the same time, the potential changes in the phosphating process were studied.
