[目的]分离鉴定甲鱼暴发性传染病病原体,以期为水生动物疾病防治提供帮助。[方法]以市场购得的犯病甲鱼为试验材料,对其致病病原体进行分离、鉴定,并对分离菌进行致病性试验和毒素测定,同时,利用分离菌制备高免血清,检测其治疗效果。[结果]从患病甲鱼的肝脏中分离得到9株细菌,其中7株为温和气单胞菌(JA-1),2株为豚鼠气单胞菌(JA-2)。两种菌JA-1和JA-2对鲫鱼的半数致死量(LD50)每毫升各为4.3×105和5.5×107,在两种菌培养的上清液中均有一种具有溶血活性的毒素。表明甲鱼的暴发性传染病是由温和气单胞菌和豚鼠气单胞菌引起,用两种菌为菌种做成菌苗,结合使用免疫增效剂,免疫家兔制得血清,效价可达1:512,对甲鱼的治愈率可达100%。[结论]该研究结果为水生动物疾病预防与控制奠定了基础。
