世界遗产地作为旅游业发展的瑰宝,在带来巨大综合效益的同时,也存在资源、环境、管理等方面的风险。本文以张家界(武陵源)世界遗产地为例,探究世界遗产地旅游开发过程中的效益来源与风险要素,以及依据旅游地的客流量和增长率进行实际分析。通过分析旅游地出现的问题并结合实际提出相应措施,以此为遗产地可持续发展提供参考性意见。 As a gem of tourism development, World Heritage sites bring about tremendous comprehensive benefits as well as risks of resources, environment and management. Taking the World Heritage Site of Zhangjiajie (Wulingyuan) as an example, this paper explores the sources of benefits and risk factors in the tourism development process of the World Heritage sites and the actual analysis based on the tourist flow and growth rate. By analyzing the problems occurred in the tourist destination and putting forward the corresponding measures according to the actual situation, it can provide reference for the sustainable development of the heritage site.
