利用G参数和失调灵敏度研究了衰减时间法测量高反射率中低损耗腔的参数优化问题,导出了折叠腔稳定条件和失调灵敏度的一般公式,并给出了数值计算实例.
The parameter optimization problem of low-loss cavity with high reflectivity is studied by using the decay time method with G-parameter and offset sensitivity. The general formula of the stability conditions and the sensitivity of the folded cavity is deduced, and numerical examples are given.
