用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定生石油焦和煅烧石油焦中镍和钙。样品在高温炉内于 5 2 5℃下灰化 ,灰份用四硼酸锂在铂坩埚内熔融 ,将熔融物溶解于稀盐酸中 ,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定该溶液中镍和钙的含量。方法简便、快速、准确。加标回收率为 98 2 %~ 10 3 6 % ,相对标准偏差为 1 0 0 %~ 4 0 3%。
Determination of Nickel and Calcium in Raw Petroleum Coke and Calcined Petroleum Coke by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The sample was ashed in a high temperature furnace at 5250C, the ash was melted with lithium tetraborate in a platinum crucible, the melt was dissolved in dilute hydrochloric acid and the contents of nickel and calcium in the solution were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry . The method is simple, fast and accurate. The spiked recoveries ranged from 98 2% to 103 6% with relative standard deviations of 100% to 430%.
