对4例先天性心脏病室间隔缺损伴肺动脉高压患儿用Swan-Ganz导管监测血流动力学的情况下,观察吸入10mg/LNO后肺动脉压力及心输出量等的改变,结果表明,先天性心脏病室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压患儿吸入低浓度NO气后,平均肺动脉压及肺血管阻力均较基础状态明显降低(P<0.05),心输出量则较前增高。提示吸入10mg/LNO可明显降低先天性心脏病伴肺动脉高压患儿的肺动脉压力,增加心输出量。
