基于机器视觉的疫苗制备中胚蛋成活性检测

将机器视觉技术引入疫苗制备的胚蛋孵化中期成活性检测环节中。针对其不可漏检坏死胚蛋的特殊需求,提出了首先以多尺度形态学滤波增强图像、检测图像谷带特征,然后以基于直方图WFCM的局部自适应二值化方法提取血丝,最后通过血丝数量来判定成活性的算法。以150幅图像进行实验,实验结果显示,本算法检测速度快、对胚蛋活性无影响。判定正确率、漏判率和误判率分别为99.33%、0和0.67%,可满足疫苗制备的特殊需求
