目的 研究维生素B6(VitB6)和二巯基丙磺酸钠 (Na DMPS)对四亚甲基二砜四胺 (毒鼠强 )急性中毒动物的解毒作用。方法 通过小鼠急性毒性实验观察染毒即刻及染毒后 10min给予VitB6联合Na DMPS的解毒作用。结果 中毒早期使用VitB6联合Na DMPS能有效抑制急性中毒动物的强直性惊厥 ,明显降低病死率 ,与中毒对照组比较均具有十分显著的意义 (P <0 0 0 1) ;延迟 10min给予同等剂量的VitB6联合Na DMPS治疗 ,不能延长毒鼠强中毒小鼠的惊厥潜伏期 ,但可延长死亡时间 (6 8 8± 15 2 )min ,降低中毒小鼠病死率 (6 0 % ) ,与对照组死亡时间 (31 6± 7 8)min和病死率(10 0 % )比较也有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 VitB6联合Na DMPS对毒鼠强急性中毒动物有非常明显的解毒作用 ,有望成为临床救治毒鼠强急性中毒的优良解毒剂。
Objective To study the detoxification effect of vitamin B6 (VitB6) and sodium dimercaptopropanesulfonate (Na DMPS) on acute tetramethylenetetrasulfonamide (Toxoprofen) poisoning animals. Methods Toxicity of VitB6 combined with Na DMPS was observed immediately after the acute toxicity test in mice and 10 min after the exposure. Results The early use of VitB6 combined with Na DMPS in poisoning could effectively inhibit the tonic convulsion of acute poisoning animals and significantly reduce the mortality rate compared with the poisoned control group (P <0.01), and the same dosage of VitB6 combined with Na DMPS treatment can not prolong the convulsion latency in poisoned mice, but prolonged the time of death (688 ± 152 min) and decreased the mortality of poisoned mice (60%), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (31 6 ± 7 8) min and mortality (10 0%) were also significantly (P 0 01). Conclusion VitB6 combined with Na DMPS has a significant detoxification effect on acute poisoning rats and is expected to be an excellent antidote to acute poisoning in rats.
