本文对大麦DNA导入小麦产生的抗白粉病变异后代的水解氨基酸含量进行了分析。结果表明,D_2代5个抗白粉病株系中有2个株系(20和29号)的17种氨基酸总量比受体分别高23.4%和27.5%。通过与受体和供体各种氨基酸成分的相对含量比较表明,这5个变异株系中的丙氨酸、蛋氨酸、甘氨酸、异亮氨酸,苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸和胱氨酸含量的改变与供体大麦的DNA导入有关。并得出小麦后代的这些抗白粉病变异株系为大麦基因转化株系。
In this paper, the content of hydrolyzed amino acids in progenies resistant to powdery mildew produced by DNA introduction from barley was analyzed. The results showed that the total amount of 17 kinds of amino acids in two lines (20 and 29) of 5 powdery mildew resistant lines in D_2 generation were 23.4% and 27.5% higher than that of the recipient respectively. The comparison of the relative contents of various amino acid components with the acceptor and donor showed that alanine, methionine, glycine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, proline, threonine , Changes of serine and cystine contents are related to DNA introduction of donor barley. It is concluded that these resistant strains of powdery mildew in wheat progenies are barley gene transformed lines.
