目的:探讨大学生个人—组织平衡在时间管理倾向与生活满意度之间的作用。方法:本研究以209名大学生为被试,采用时间管理倾向量表、青少年生活满意度量表以及大学生个人—组织平衡量表,考察了三者之间的关系。结果:大学生个人—组织平衡与时间管理倾向(r=0.50,P<0.01)、与大学生生活满意度(r=0.58,P<0.01)呈显著的正相关;时间管理倾向对生活满意度的直接效应(β=0.635,P<0.001)和间接效应(β=0.161,P<0.001)均达到了显著性水平。结论:大学生个人—组织平衡量表在本次调查的大学生样本中具有良好的信度和效度;大学生个人—组织平衡在时间管理倾向与生活满意度之间起着部分中介作用,即时间管理倾向一方面直接影响生活满意度,另一方面通过个人—组织平衡影响生活满意度。
Objective: To explore the role of personal-organizational balance in college students in the relationship between time management orientation and life satisfaction. Methods: In this study, 209 college students were used as subjects, and the relationship between the three was examined using the Time Management Disposition Scale, the Youth Life Satisfaction Scale, and the individual-organization balance scale of college students. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between college students’ personal-organizational balance and time management (r = 0.50, P <0.01) and life satisfaction (r = 0.58, P <0.01) Effects (β = 0.635, P <0.001) and indirect effects (β = 0.161, P <0.001) all reached significant levels. Conclusion: The personal-organizational balance scale of college students has a good reliability and validity in the sample of undergraduates in this survey. The individual-organization balance of college students plays a partial mediating role between time management orientation and life satisfaction, that is, time management Tendency directly affects life satisfaction on the one hand, and life satisfaction on the other hand through personal-organizational balance.
