目的:针对监测中发现的血液透析液细菌污染问题,采取有效的防范措施和解决方法,提高血液透析液的质量,避免因血液透析液污染而导致的不良反应的发生。方法:合理调整工作流程,加强无菌技术、消毒隔离知识培训,对盛装A、B浓缩液容器刷洗、消毒程序及无菌操作步骤与方法制定科学有效的管理制度。结果:各项监测指标均符合血液透析质量控制管理标准,减少了由于血液透析液污染导致的热源反应、慢性炎症及医院感染的发生。结论:加强血液透析室的感染管理,才能最大限度的降低血液透析患者的透析并发症,提高其生存质量,延长生存时间。
OBJECTIVE: In view of the bacterial contamination of hemodialysis solution found during monitoring, effective preventive measures and solutions are taken to improve the quality of hemodialysis solution and avoid the adverse reactions caused by hemodialysis solution contamination. Methods: Reasonable adjustment of workflow, strengthening of aseptic technique, disinfection and isolation knowledge training, to dress A, B concentrate container scrubbing, disinfection procedures and aseptic procedures and methods to develop a scientific and effective management system. Results: All monitoring indicators met the quality control standards of hemodialysis, reducing the heat source reaction, chronic inflammation and nosocomial infection caused by hemodialysis fluid contamination. Conclusion: To strengthen the management of infection in hemodialysis rooms can reduce the dialysis complications, heighten the quality of life and prolong the survival time of hemodialysis patients to the maximum extent.
