引言市政工程造价是体现一个建设工程管理水平的重要指标,通过构建高效合理的工程管理制度,并在施工过程中运用科学手段加以控制,是稳步降低市政工程造价的关键。虽然近些年国家对房地产行业进行了多次宏观调控,但无可厚非建筑业依然是当前我国经济的支柱产业。研究如何在当前建筑成本与日俱增的前提下,有效控制工程造价具有重要的现实意义。本文通过对发达国家市政工程造价管理制度以及相关理论的研究,提出了几点完善
