大量案件证明,犯罪低龄化、犯罪手段成人化、犯罪类型多元化、犯罪群体低文化已成为我国青少年犯罪的新趋势。如何预防青少年犯罪仍是我国法治建设的重点工作之一。学校作为培养、教育青少年的基地,是预防青少年犯罪的第一线。本文基于赫希社会控制理论,通过对青少年犯罪原因的分析,对学校如何做好预防青少年犯罪工作提出几点建议。 A large number of cases have proved that the younger age of criminality, the adultization of crime means, the diversification of crime types and the low culture of criminal groups have become the new trend of juvenile delinquency in our country. How to prevent juvenile delinquency is still one of the key tasks in building the rule of law in our country. As a base for training and educating young people, schools are the first line of prevention for juvenile delinquency. Based on Hirsch social control theory, this article analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency and puts forward some suggestions on how to prevent juvenile delinquency.
